1. What is Bathroom Builders UK delivery policy?
Bathroom Builders UK aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 working days from the time you have placed your order. A working day ends at 12pm, so any orders made after this time will be treated as the following working day. Weekends and Bank holidays are not counted as working days.
2. When can I expect my order?
Due to the bulky nature of our products it require 2 men handling. Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days. At least 24 hours before a delivery is made our delivery department will contact you and confirm when the delivery is taking place.

Sample Tiles
How much is a Sample Tile?
Unlimited sample tiles can be ordered through the website. The samples are FREE but maintain a small delivery charge £1.99.
Bathroom Builders UK supply tile samples free of charge.The tile samples are 100mm x 100mm in size, or an off cut mosaic full tile samples are available on request, but will incur an additional charge.
Please be advised that tile samples may differ slightly to the actual stone that will be purchased, but in general will be a good guide to colour and tone, this is due to the natural charactistics and variation of stone.
To select your tile samples on our website please click on an image of the tile you require and follow the instructions. Its very simple and remember when choosing natural stone its always advisable to see a sample before purchasing it.
4. What if I'm out when you deliver my products?
We can leave goods in your garage or garden under your responseplety. If you know you will be out please advice us at the time when you place your order.
