We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and Republic Of Ireland.
Delivery costs
Standard delivery: 2 - 5 working days (please refer to individual item descriptions for expected timescales)
Minimum cost £12.00 per order for most items.
If you are not sure of the postage costs, it will be calculated at the checkout.

When will I get my delivery?
Please note the following: Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Please refer to individual items for expected timescales. We aim to deliver most items within 2-3 days. However larger items may take longer. If an item is found to be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
All deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery time-scales are approximate and subject to availability.
Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles may experience delivery delays.
Some delivers require one delivery personnel with a tail lift vehicle delivering to curb side only. Please advise us if delivery is obstructed by steps, narrow roads etc.
Once the payment is cleared, the order will be dispatched the same or next working day.
If you missed the delivery, you can request a re-delivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Re-delivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier.
If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £20.00, the purchaser must meet this charge.
