Add your item to your shopping basket as normal

At the checkout in the special instruction box mention (Collect it from shop)

Enter your details and complete the secure online payment.

Print the confirmation page and make a note of your order number.

We will refund you 10% of your order value after your order collection.

We'll e-mail regular updates about what's happening with your order and we'll let you know, via e-mail, and phone as soon as your order is ready for collection.
