How can I pay?
Payment can only be made by PayPal or Debit and Credit Cards over the phone. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice.
When will I get my delivery?
Once the payment is cleared, the order will be dispatched the same or next working day. Most of the deliveries will be carry out by courier companies which will require a signature to receive the goods.
If you missed the delivery, you can request a re-delivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Re-delivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £20.00, the purchaser must meet this charge.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Unwanted items
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 days to cancel your order from the day after the date of delivery.
Please contact us for returns authorisation number.
You are under an obligation to take “reasonable care” of the goods, including during their transit back to Bathroom Builders UK.
Goods that are returned outside of the 7 day cancellation period: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less 25% to cover our cost of administration and restocking. Returns must reach us within 28 days of the delivery if a refund is required.
Faulty items
If you receive a damaged item you should notify us within a reasonable period of time. We will offer a full refund, or a replacement.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately via PayPal or direct to your debit or credit card.
