How can I pay?
Payment can only be made by PayPal or Debit and Credit Cards over the phone. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address or your card address. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice.
When will I get my delivery?
Once the payment is cleared, the order will be dispatched the same or next working day. Most of the deliveries will be carry out by courier companies which will require a signature to receive the goods.
If you missed the delivery, you can request a re-delivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Re-delivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £20.00, the purchaser must meet this charge.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can keep track of your order on the internet using the details we provide in your initial confirmation email. We will send out additional emails to let you know how your order is progressing.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Unwanted items
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order.
You must organize the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a returns authorization number.
Goods returned to us without a returns authorization number will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Bathroom Builders UK will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the returning of goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain solely the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by Bathroom Builders UK.
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less 25% to cover our cost of delivery and restocking.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items
If you received a damaged item you should notify us within 2 days. We will offer a full refund, or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Bathroom Builders UK team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a full refund, or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Bathroom Builders UK team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Bathroom Builders UKteam for assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately via PayPal or direct to your debit or credit card.
