Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment from UK resident customers only. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta, Solo and Switch. You may also send your credit card information via phone or fax (please DO NOT post credit card information or send via email). When you make a purchase from our site you will receive a payment confirmation email (recipt) for your order. You will also receive a receipt from us when the goods are delivered.
Pricing Errors In the event that there is a pricing error on the website, Bathroom Builders UK is not bound to honour any orders made at that price. |

Shipping And Handling At Bathroom Builders UK you are assured of great savings on any bathroom items, however to avoid minimum transaction amounts we do have to make a small charge for handling & delivery. All small items are delivered to UK addresses by courier and larger items are delivered directly by us we will even contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time. All part of the service.

Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Bathroom Builders UK cannot take responsibility for claims of any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults 48 hours after delivery. Please check your delivery yourself and report any problems to our sales team within 48 hours who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues. |

Delivery Schedule We usually despatch our orders within 7-10 working days. However, If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Guarantee Our products are guaranteed for 12 months (with the exception of consumable items). Most products come with instruction manuals that give information on warranties. Some products will require you to complete and send off a warranty registration document. If you have any specific questions about guarantees please contact us before you make a purchase. We also guarantee that all items will conform to their description on our web site. If you are disatisfied with your purchase please see our returns policy. These guarantees and warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
Items given away FREE do not carry any warranty.
All product guarantees cover parts only & you must have proof that the item was installed by a professional plumber & electrician where applicable. All relevant certifications will be required as proof in the event of any claim be made against Bathroom Builders UK. |

Privacy Policy Bathroom Builders UK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Bathroom Builders UK may contact you from time to time by email with special offers, competitions and new product information. If you do not wish to receive these occasional emails then you can simply click on the unsubscribe button contained in the email and we will remove your contact information from our database. |

Returns Policy If you wish to return an item that you have ordered then you must contact us within 10 days from receipt of delivery. You can contact us by email and telephone (see Reaching Us above). We will then issue you with a return's number, which will need to be clearly marked on the package. All items must be returned in 'as received' condition in their original packing.
Faulty / Damaged Items: If the items are being returned because they are faulty or damaged then we will supply a replacement and collect the faulty / damaged item. Please inspect all items carefully before commencing fitting. Items which have been fitted or machined cannot be returned as faulty / damaged.
In-correctly ordered goods
If you wish to return in-correctly ordered goods there is a re-stocking surchage of 25% of the goods value. The goods must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging and returned with an insured delivery service. Any refund due (less any surcharge payable will be actioned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Items are made to order and as such cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a replacement item will be issued. Please ensure that you order the correct items.
